Commercial Water Leak

This office had a sneaky leak in the toilet's water supply line. Unfortunately, the leak ran for a very long time before being discovered. Repairing this situation was a multi-step, but relatively quick process. First we removed the toilet, drywall, and floor tiles. Then we repaired the plumbing leak. Fans and dehumidifiers were used to dry the framing which could be salvaged. We then replaced framing that was beyond repair. Finally new tile and drywall went in and the original toilet was replaced. Our client couldn't be happier to have this customer bathroom fully operation once again.
