Flooring Adhesive

When this commercial building in Dearborn, MI removed the carpet from the office area, they were left with a sticky mess. When the carpet was lifted, the adhesive from the carpet stuck to the concrete. The building owners efforts to remove it did not work so they called us in. We power sprayed the entire floor with a solvent to loosen the adhesive. The solvent is so potent, much of the adhesive lifted on its own. Any parts left were scraped with a motorized stripper. The office is ready for new carpet and no one's shoes stick to the floor!
